SEPTEMBER 2022 Research Alert

This month we added three new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. This month's new studies explore two topical areas: developing hybrid work models that are best suited for a resilient Commercial function and building an elite Medical Excellence group. The first two studies examine the changing forms, features, conditions, and triggers for hybrid work models that are driving success within pharma sales, marketing, and other commercial functions. The third study examines how pharma and biotech companies are leveraging their Medical Excellence groups to raise efficiency and impact across their Medical organization.

The new Best Practices, LLC studies listed below under Newly Added Research explore how leading companies have made their operations more effective across these different areas.
