MAY 2017 Research Alert

This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Two of the new studies come from research that provides hard-to-find benchmarks around resource allocation for oncology product launches in the U.S. One of the oncology studies focuses on staffing benchmarks for each of the three years prior to launch, launch year, and one year after launch. The other oncology study provides investment benchmarks for each of the three years prior to launch, launch year, and three years after launch. The third new study is a 2017 update of our library services research that examines key issues affecting corporate libraries in the pharmaceutical industry. The last study is a market research-oriented document that looks at the issue of exclusive vendors and how to manage that relationship.

The new Best Practices, LLC studies listed below under Newly Added Research explore how leading companies have made their operations more effective across these different areas.
