This month we added three new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. This month's new studies examine the advances in omnichannel engagement approaches by Medical Affairs organizations. The first study establishes industry benchmarks in implementing omnichannel engagement programs while the second document explores resourcing levels of omnichannel programs. The last study delivers best practices around stakeholder communication and value delivery via omnichannel.

It also identifies the key benefits, challenges, and lessons learned in implementing omnichannel engagement programs.
	Download: Omnichannel Engagement in Medical Affairs: Activities and Resources (5748) Best Practices, LLC undertook this benchmarking research to investigate how different organizations are implementing a variety of digital and in-person engagement activities and allocating staffing and budget to omnichannel efforts within Medical Affairs.
	Download: Omnichannel Engagement in Medical Affairs: Stakeholder Communication and Value Delivery (5749) This benchmark study probes and profiles direct and indirect communication channels for omnichannel engagement, program goals, and newly-formed KPIs for program evaluation.
