MARCH 2019 Research Alert

This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. This month's new studies involve two areas: Medical Affairs and Marketing. The two studies involving Medical Affairs examine how this vital function can deliver value to internal stakeholders; one of the studies deals with collaborations and challenges working with internal groups and the second study reviews the capabilities and performance metrics that can demonstrate value to leadership. The two Marketing studies look at the issue of creating a career path for high-impact marketers so that an organization develops new leaders for vital activities around product launches and brand growth; the third study reviews training and development programs to develop high-level marketers and the fourth study includes narratives from marketing executives regarding best practices for developing marketers.
