SEPTEMBER 2017 Research Alert

This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. This month's new studies explore two topical areas: quality in the healthcare sector and iPad utilization by MSLs. One of the quality studies addresses current approaches that the function is using to add value while it balances risk; the second quality study examines how organizations are integrating quality across the global enterprise. Meanwhile, the two iPad studies probe several areas related to MSL utilization of tablets: training, content delivery, CRM integration and measuring effectiveness.

The study reviews current approaches to training MSLs on use of this digital technology.
